Contrarian property fund manager says it's time to buy in Spain and the UK

Barbara Knoflach, manager of the SEB ImmoInvest fund, believes the time is right to buy into the Spanish and UK property markets.
‘I am seeing two markets where we are starting to see investor activities again - in the UK and Spain. Both markets have seen very heavy corrections. In Spain, logistics properties are already at a level where we can buy again. I am also seeing opportunities in logistics and offices in the UK,’ Knoflach says. Read more here.
